Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all bookings, consultations and treatments provided by Discreet Aesthetics, Level 1, Room 4, 11 High St, East Launceston TAS 7250, under the care of Registered Nurses Leanda Blackwell (NMW0000936700) and Sarah Peel.

1. Consultations

All treatments require an initial consultation to assess your suitability. Treatment is only provided where clinically appropriate, following a full discussion of your goals, medical history, risks, alternatives and expected recovery. Due to TGA regulations, some treatments cannot be discussed in detail outside of a consultation. We reserve the right to decline treatment where it is not considered suitable or safe.

2. Individual Results

Outcomes vary between individuals depending on individual anatomy, skin type, health history and treatment response. No specific result can be guaranteed. Any images or descriptions used on our website or in consultation are for general information only and do not represent a guaranteed outcome.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings are made via our online booking system or by contacting the clinic directly.

  • Full payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • A deposit may be required to secure certain bookings. Deposit terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment ("no-show"), may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Deposits (where applicable) may be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.

  • We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend, and we will do our best to work with you.

5. Health Information and Consent

You agree to provide accurate and complete health information at the time of consultation and prior to any treatment. Failure to disclose relevant medical history may affect your suitability for treatment and the outcome of care provided. Written informed consent is required prior to treatment.

6. Contraindications and Changes to Treatment

If, at consultation or on the day of treatment, it is determined that a planned treatment is not suitable for you, we reserve the right to decline, delay or modify the treatment plan in the interests of your safety.

7. Complications and Aftercare

Aftercare instructions will be provided following treatment and must be followed to support safe healing and results. Please contact the clinic promptly if you have any concerns following treatment. In the case of a medical emergency, seek immediate medical attention.

8. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers must be presented (digitally or in print) at the time of redemption.

9. Photography

Clinical photographs may be taken as part of your medical record. These are kept confidentially and are not used for marketing or promotional purposes without your separate written consent. See our Privacy Policy for further detail.

10. Pricing

Prices for treatments are available on request or at consultation and are subject to change without notice. Confirmed bookings will be honoured at the price agreed at the time of booking.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Discreet Aesthetics is not liable for outcomes arising from a failure to disclose accurate health information, failure to follow aftercare advice, or any pre-existing condition not disclosed prior to treatment.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia.
